Returns & Refunds
We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws in your region. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within the legally required timeframe for your country. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
What We Do Not Accept
We do not accept any form of abusive or fraudulent returns — including, but not limited to:
· Returning items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
· Claiming a refund without returning the product (“refund only”)
· Returning empty packages or different products
· Repeatedly abusing return policies for financial gain
Our Right to Protect Our Business
AURA IGNIS takes fraudulent activities seriously. If we determine — at our sole discretion — that a customer has engaged in malicious returns, false claims, or any attempt to obtain goods or refunds by dishonest means:
· We reserve the right to deny the return or refund
· We may close the customer‘s account and block future purchases
· We further reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover losses and protect our brand reputation, in accordance with applicable laws.
We believe in treating every customer with respect, and we ask for the same in return. Our policy exists not to punish honest customers, but to ensure fairness for everyone.
